How to Return To initiate a return, please contact us at support@seloria.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions within 24 business hours.

Condition of Returns Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.

Refund Processing Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.

Damaged or Faulty Items If your device arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately with photos and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Warranty SELORIA comes with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. If your device stops working under normal use conditions, contact us and we will replace it.
